When you have finished, or want to check/change what you have ordered select the "View / Checkout" that will be at the top of every page.
On the Checkout page, you can remove unwanted things from the basket if you want to. if your order is finished, click on the "Proceed to checkout" at the bottom of this page.
Then enter your name and address for the order and a few other details and clck on one of the buttons at the bottom of the page for the payment method you are using. At the time of writing, payment by credit card is only possible by selecting the currency US dollars, this will hopefully change soon.

Prices can currently be displayed in several currencies, and depend on where in the world the order is to be sent. Currently the options are US dollars, British Pounds, and Australian Dollars. In the near future Euro's and Deutsche Marks should be added as well as payment by credit card in any of these currencies.
